Responsibility: In our collaboration with Jain Diamond, a identified premium Diamond Jewellery brand initially focused on wholesale, our objective was expansion into the retail sector, primarily through social media channels. Given the high costs associated with establishing physical stores for jewelry, our emphasis was on creating, editing, and strategically showcasing Jain Diamond's exquisite pieces on various social media platforms. As a result, we witnessed not only organic orders but also a surprising influx of custom design requests, particularly personalized designs for brides and grooms. Our role extended beyond traditional marketing, evolving into a facilitator of direct consumer engagement and personalized experiences through social media.
Challenges: One of the main challenges we encountered while working with Jain Diamond was effectively managing the team within a tight budget. Due to financial constraints in the initial stages, we had to rely on hiring interns for photography and jewelry design roles, with their tenure limited to 3-6 months. While interns consistently delivered impressive work, the transient nature of their positions required us to assume the additional role of human resources management. Balancing the need for skilled individuals within budgetary constraints demanded continuous effort and adaptability, reflecting the dynamic nature of our work in establishing and expanding Jain Diamond's retail presence on social media.
